Product Trainer Specialist  

• Prepare, update and maintain training module based on standard product listing.
• Ensure on time training and orientation of newly hired sales support staff.
• Execute training plan according to schedule and provide training collaterals.
• Ensure results are timely cascaded to the immediate head of the trainees and conduct training verification result.
• Determine training needs & submit recommendation for trainees based on initial training result.
• Improve training effectiveness through research and develop new training approach.
• Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items and reducing/controlling costs.
• Enhance job knowledge thru participation in educational opportunities and reading professional publications and research.
• Conduct internal and external customer survey and submit summary report with analysis and recommendation.
• Act as support to other task needed for the improvement of the department.

• Must be a graduate of BS Education, Psychology or any Business related course
• Experienced as a company trainer is an advantage
• With experience as a selling supervisor handling 10 or more people
• Must be willing to travel
• Mobile person and can work with minimal supervision
• Must be a good listener
• Good in oral and written communication skills
• Team player and result oriented
• Good analytical and research skills
• Can create training modules for different training needs
