Job Description
- Continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Conduct job analysis;
- Develop and update job description;
- Source and identify candidates through various sourcing channels;
- Screen resumes for various job application;
- Conduct initial assessment through pre-employment test and interview;
- Onboard new employees by ensuring they properly oriented;
- Monitor status of probationary employees;
- Manage social media account.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology, Human Resource or any related course;
- With at least 2 years related working experience;
- Knowledge in job analysis;
- Strong interpersonal skills;Preferably has knowledge in recruitment marketing;
