Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees the conduct of daily hotel housekeeping activities
- Implements Hotel customer satisfaction survey sheets
- Ensures preventive maintenance
- Assist the faculty in the conduct of stewarding and housekeeping trainings
- Ensure that policies relevant to workplace safety is followed
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior
Minimum Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
Education: Diploma in Vocational course or Bachelors degree relevant to the job
Experience: With at least 3 years of experience in Housekeeping and training in a hotel industry or onboard stewarding standards

- Knowledgeable in computer applications
- Proficient in hotel housekeeping standards
- Knowledgeable in onboard working trends, regulations and conditions
