- Manage the daily content operation work of Indonesia Editor Team for the core channels political, entertainment, sports etc. to increase user activity.
- Expand more channels and set specific operation strategy to meet user requirements.
- Hire local Editors to meet the requirement of operation work.
- Analyze the data effect of operation work to support operation optimization and provide periodic report.
Minimum Qualifications
- Having 4 to 6 years of digital journalism experience.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced newsroom environment, leading a team of content editors/producers.
- Proven ability of team management and excellent communication skills to cooperate with team members in Indonesian and English (preferable Chinese)
- Proven ability of data analysis to adjust the operation strategy and optimize daily operation work.
- A wide vision of Indonesian Media Industry and great sense of the best, most elegant writing offered by high-quality news outlets.
- Solid journalistic skills and strong knowledge of news, finance, sports, entertainment and lifestyle topics of interest to an international audience.
- Attention to detail, an appreciation for strong visual presentation and a passion for editorial excellence.
