- Responsible in creating and developing marketing and communication plans, press releases, media invites and other collateral required in providing the company’s services
- Responsible in seeding, pitching and monitoring media pick-ups and releases
- Responsible in developing marketing strategies and tactics for the company and the company’s clients
- Responsible in building strong network with media, bloggers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to continuously expand the company’s network
- Responsible in organizing and executing events including but not limited to contacting suppliers, negotiating costs, monitoring, and creating post-event reports
- Responsible in consolidating and summarizing all marketing efforts of the company and company’s clients into a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports
- Responsible in creating copy, write-ups, articles, letters, proposal and any requirement which need content writing skills
- Responsible in copy editing and proofreading of materials prior to final approval
- Responsible in quality proofing projects, proposals and reports prior to final approval
- Responsible in creating project status reports and any other reports related to job description, as directed by the management
- Responsible in overseeing project status and output to ensure that the company is meeting client expectations and standards
- Responsible in handling in-house content marketing efforts including but not limited to email marketing, social media management, and publicity, among others as deem necessary by the management
- Responsible in maintaining good professional relationship with EMPLOYER management team, team members (direct and indirect), other employees, clients and all stakeholders of the EMPLOYER
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or any business-related course
- Must have above average oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both in writing and speaking)
- At least (2) years experience in marketing - related position
- Required Skill(s): Marketing Plan Development, Public and/or media relations , Event Management, Social Media Content Planning, Content Writing (bilingual)
- Preferred Skill(s): Media Monitoring, Media Planning, Advertising Planning, Digital Marketing, Familiar in Chinese Marketing Practices and Trends, WeChat Marketing
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
