  • Knowledge in all Employee Benefits Lines as well as claims and underwriting procedures
  • Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Computer proficient especially in Excel and Powerpoint

b. Non-technical Skills

  • Strong internal and external customer focus.
  • Proven expertise and experience in managing complex corporate accounts
  • Trustworthy, reliable and responsible
  • High degree of energy, motivation and ability to set own goals/priorities.
Job Description
  • ​​Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure achievement of monthly production/collection/GP budget and contribute in team's targets
  • Analyze and prepare renewal reports/documents with appropriate recommendation
  • Attend to all administrative functions, clients' concerns and requests
