Job Description
- Service contract database entry and updating
- Service Renewal Kit dissemination to Account Manager, Service Desk and respective BSGs
- Monitoring of contract deliverables (i.e. preventive maintenance / health check)
- Scheduling of preventive maintenance and health check between customer and engineer and/or third party
- Submission of PM activity report and SAR to AM/SDM/Billing
- Provide notification/s to the customer, Account Manager, and Customer Success Group regarding expiring maintenance contracts and warranties
- Updating contract status (renewed, renewal on-going, will not review)
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4 yr or 5 yr course
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Willing to learn other applications such as SAP and Omnisense
- Keen to details
- Ability to work under pressure; works effectively and can meet deadlines
- Excellent English communication skill for both written and verbal
- Good interpersonal skill
- Service oriented personality
