Job Description
The Data Analytics Senior Manager is responsible for the overall data analytics strategy and practice of the organization.
- Define the vision and roadmap for the company's data and analytics.
- Apply data analytics skills and render data services for all departments and clients through collection, scoping, analysis, visualization and delivering actionable insights for data management engagements for clients.
- Extract and create the Transformations on the Client data, and build and customize the Data Model and Dashboards based on client business strategies and processes.
- Capable of building KPIs and provide customers with actionable insights and data-driven transformation such as financial/operational reporting, prescriptive analytics, predictive analytics and data science.
- Builds on the portfolio, capabilities and technical expertise of ECP’s Data Analytics and Visualization service offerings.
- Manage projects and maintain good client relationships by addressing client’s needs, managing resource requirements, project workflows & milestones, budgets and billing.
- Collaborate and handle the Data Analytics team to ensure that objectives are met. Able to introduce and establish the job flow and work processes across the team and its clients.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in data analytics field, with 3 years in a management position.
- Graduate of Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or any related.
- With working experience in using Tableau, SQL, Python, Power BI, Qlikview, Looker.
- Able to establish foundation in building its own team and their job flow/work processes.
- Must have an experience in providing service for Data Analytics and Visualization.
- Able to provide strategic insights and business analyzation.
