Job Description
- Oversee day to day operations of the Resort's Outlet
- Ensure that standards are followed and maintained
- Ensure that service standards are being implemented and followed at all times
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s College degree or its equivalent
- Minimum five (5) years experience in resort/chain of restaurants operations/hospitality industry
- With at least two (2) years in a supervisory role
- Customer service is paramount
- With excellent management, communication, and leadership skills
- Computer literate
- Must be a self-starter and with “can do” and “will do attitude
- Definitely, a “hands on” person and beaming with positivity
- Willing to be based on the beautiful island of Palawan or must be an “islander”
- Open to Philippine local candidates only
