Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Receive and identify contact and transaction data sets via .CSV files.
- Manipulate received data to be properly imported into the company’s database.
- Create custom fields inside the company database based on data received to ensure data can be properly imported.
- Identify any received data that cannot be imported.
Minimum Qualifications
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably with Bachelors/College Degree in any field.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in understanding data requirements and handling large data sets.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (creating complex formulas, pivot, using hotkeys, etc.)
- Knowledge in Macros is a huge plus but not required.
- Must have good speaking and writing skills in English.
- Willing to work on night shift.
