Job Description

  • Job role as Red Synchronization Marketing Manager to be part of our Red Synchronization Project.
  • Create and propose marketing 1 year plan for existing and new shopping mall, including thematic, adhoc, tactical or event; media strategy with community approach thinking
  • Strategy approached based on market research and customer survey
  • Manage marketing, promotion and event initiatives.
  • Collaborate with tenant for promotion and event
  • Prepare proposal presentation, complete with theme of event, design of media, brand participation, digital channel strategy, survey support as well as calculation of cost, sales target and work progress timeline, 3 months prior to launch date of each event
  • Report and present the project outcome, 15 days after event concluded
  • Ensure project budgets are effectively planned, forecasted and managed
  • Ensure project expensed are effectively accrued and settled
  • Partner, manage and develop collaborative relationships with third parties.
  • Drive the execution, report on launch date, and after project is ended in order to make recommendations to the team for continuous improvement for media and event effectiveness.
  • Serve as primary marketing liaison between marcom in generalist and specialist team, RB synchronize manager, design and digital team, to ensure smooth, well communicated and follow up on the marketing planning processes, opportunity recognition, solution implementation, communication & problem solving as needed.
  • Manage the development of all specific communication materials and/or promotions through external & internal creative resources from briefing through to implementation
  • Work closely with/and the cross-functional team day-to-day in the execution of plan components.
  • Measure the effectiveness of all programs and co-op initiatives through sales analysis and consumer impact, upon completion through report
  • Manage team of promo & event for existing shopping mall & new shopping mall, marketing budget controller and graphic design
  • Support and merge synergy project within CT Corp
  • Performs other responsibilities as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Has experience 4 to 5 years in similar position in previous company.
  • Experience working with internal design/traffic/producer functions as well as an external marketing, agency, commercial or operations and budget management in the retail industry
  • Preferably has experience in malls industries as Marketing Communication.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Proven project management experience with high attention to details
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
  • Able to meet deadlines and influence others to meet deadlines without fail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally and proactively communicate with associates at all levels
  • Strong presentation, planning, and analytical skills
