Job Description
- Align all identified and anticipated customer requirements to create competitive bid proposals
- Identify, research and create a database of destinations and all possible local suppliers
- Responsible for the coordination with suppliers regarding the arrangement of land services for each outbound passengers before, during and after the duration of their trip
- Meets with clients and coordinate their concerns regarding their travel plans
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Prepares presentations for clients on introducing destinations and for pre-tour briefings
- Monitor the status of visa applications of a group to be able to provide an update to the clients from time to time
- Prepares travel kits, technical instructions and other requirements needed for the trip
- Checks all the validity of the passports before applying to the embassy and visas issued before releasing to the client
- Constantly updates the leads tracker for all requests fulfilled, cancelled or finalized
- Coordinates with the Sales Team to push a group into realization
- Prepares monthly report submitted to the immediate manager
- May travel with arranged groups from time to time (passport required)
