Job Description
The Customer Service Clerk position is a clerical job. It will be 50% of taking calls from our customers and responding to emails from our partnered Service Centers, and 50% of encoding, sorting, filing documents, and assisting walk-in customers who inquired for the repair of their unit.
We need male applicants for this position because our products are a bit heavy. He will get the customer's unit from the reception/front desk area and put it at the back office in the technicians' area for repair. After repair, he will get the unit from the technicians' area, and give it back to the customer who is waiting in the reception area.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferably Business Admin/IT or Computer Science
- With at least one (1) year related experience in customer relations or equivalent; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- With knowledge of MS Office Application; Good interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, knows how to deal with different types of personalities, with high tolerance on people that are hard to deal with
- Very respectful and has initiative
- Willing to work in Las Piñas City (Monday to Saturday)
The applicant must be computer literate, with fast typing speed, confident to talk to irate customers while having very good communication skills to be patient and kind to them.
