Job Description
- Cost management for building and engineering projects
- Conducts quantity surveying (QS)
- Ensuring all legal and quality assurance requirements and regulations are met for each project
- Perform feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs
- Coordination of work effort, valuing completed work and arranging for payments
- Manage construction process, control budgets and handle planning issues
- Safekeeping of all relevant documents for all project undertakings and ensure proper turnover of documents to General Maintenance Services upon completion of the project
- Spearhead biddings and communicate the approved specifications of a proposed construction activity to candidate contractors as endorsed by Purchasing Division
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Must possess administration, planning, analytical skills and management skills;
- Have excellent oral and written English communication skills;
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are welcome to apply;
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Well-versed in using autodesk application;
- Knowledgeable with the use of the latest software related to quantity surveying
- Knowledgeable in Technical Writing & Presentation;
- Must be willing to work in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
