Job Description

An Organizational Development Analyst is a member of the Organizational Development section that handles headcount management, organization design, manpower movements and succession plans.

You will also have access to our human resources information systems to ensure timely and accurate manpower database, succession plans and table of organization which serve as basis for top management decisions and directions.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Validation of reorganization, manpower requests, movements, and succession nominations
  • Updating of the company-wide table of organization and manpower database
  • Monitoring of manpower and organizational movements
  • Implementation of manpower, succession & leadership development programs
  • Support company’s organizational development initiatives by analyzing data and providing recommendations to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our organization
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and insights on organizational needs and challenges
  • Prepare monthly headcount report
  • Responsible for HRIS OD module

Minimum Qualifications

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent fields with a strong focus on organizational development
  • You are capable of obtaining information and identifying key issues and relationships relevant to achieving a long-range goal or vision; committing to a course of action to accomplish a long-range goal or vision after developing alternatives based on logical assumptions, facts, available resources, constraints and organizational values
  • You are proactive; taking prompt action to accomplish objectives and taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required
  • You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message
  • You are capable of accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time
  • You can establish courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently
