Job Description
- Manual audit of daily sales invoice of assigned branches
- Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation of assigned branches
- Resolve and report invoice error
- Complete daily sales performance report of assigned branches
- Journal entry of sales transaction
- Ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of record
- Address store concerns related to accounting audit
- Protect and keeping the confidential information inside the accounting department
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Female, preferably single up to 28 years old
- Graduate of accountancy or financial management course
- 2 years accounting experience is an advantage
- Highly competitive and can work with minimal supervision
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Proactive, persistent and passionate
