Job Description
What are you gonna do when you're hire :
- Conduct end to end recruitment process
- Proactively sourcing from several platform, develop talent pools or candidate engagement
- Responsible for hiring administrative work
- Conduct surveys, collecting feedbacks, and improving the process of recruitment and onboarding experiences
in long term. as a talent acquisition you must know deeply about our business process and what each department does so you are able to place a right person in the right position.
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for young energetic people to join with our Human Resource team as Junior Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for fulfilling vacant position by conducting full cycle of recruitment process.
To be successful in this role, these are things you need to have :
- Experienced for 3-4 years doing end to end recruitment process, tech position is a plus
- Experienced in head hunting company is a plus
- Suitable education background
- Familiar with several candidate sourcing tools
- Tech savvy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Can join immediately
