Job Description

We’re searching for a qualified Corporate Finance to join us in providing a balanced combination of professional investment management and personalized financial planning. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a strong financial background and a solid understanding of finance. We're looking for a dynamic professional with a strong ownership, a can-do attitude, good leadership skills and initiative to drive changes that impact the entire organization, including the ability to influence and motivate others, not limited to conflict resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and update comprehensive financial models for both internal and external purposes
• Assist the company in fundraising efforts by coordinating with internal divisions to fulfill investor due diligence data requests.
• Provide financial and strategic analysis for management decision making related to funding activities, business expansion and other strategic initiatives
• Assist management to track operational activities and controlling capital & operating expenditures to be within budget
• Engage with other division heads to analyze departmental performance and provide recommendation for overall business performance to achieve north star OKR
• Involve in material preparation for monthly board update reports and investor deck

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, Master degree is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years working in a corporate finance capacity or in an accountancy capacity within a fast paced and dynamic business environment.
• Expert in financial modeling
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and communication skills in English and Bahasa
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
• Personal integrity and an ability to maintain the confidentiality of company and client information
