Job Description
- Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices, and reconcile expenses to the general ledger.
- Prepare monthly receivable statements.
- Provide backup support to other groups in the accounting department, type periodic reports and perform other general administrative duties.
- Calculate and post receipts to appropriate general ledger accounts and verify details of transactions, such as funds received and total account balances.
- Typically report to a supervisor or manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 yrs working related work experience in Accounting or Account Receivables.
- Proficient in using in MS Office applications.
- Willing to be assigned at Binondo, Manila.
