Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated Legal Admin to ensure smooth running of the office and effective matter management. You will be expected to protect and update files as well as make them easily accessible to your colleagues.
POSITION SUMMARY
A Legal Admin must be responsible for creating matter for clients that engaged in the company. Responsible for client scheduling the contract review of the client and allocating the matters to designated File Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & CORE CAPABILITIES
- Responsible for primary reviewing the contract coming from the client, ensures that the client's request is serviceable by the company
- Create matter for the client, ensures the correctness of contact details, the property address is correct based on the contract and other references that will be inputted in the matter
- Responsible for allocating matters created to the respective file manager
- Responsible for organizing review booking schedule between the client and the file manager
- Ensure if the review will be written or phone based on the contract form the client
- Follow-up concierge on the requirements needed/lacking from the client to create matter
- Store all paperwork in designated places securing the important documents
- Develop an efficient filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier
- Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
- All other appropriate duties as and when required by the Company
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree of any course or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in a call center or equivalent
- Proven experience is a must
- Knowledge of filing systems
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and office equipment such as computers, etc.
- Good command of English both oral and written
- Dependable with respect to confidentiality and policies
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer/client-oriented
