Job Description
- Directs, organizes, and implements project activities.
- Effectively implements all site works/ activities and operations to meet contract obligation.
- Attends site coordination meetings, and assists in determining project requirement. Keeps the Project Manager and others informed about the project status and issues that may impact client relations.
- Maintains the proper installation at the site in accordance with the approved for construction and shop drawings.
- Manages the efficiency of the manpower in the site.
- Coordinates between the project site and project management team which includes additional manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Prepares daily accomplishment report, and provides information about the project status and issues that may impact client relations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil).
- At least two (2) years working experience in the related field.
- At least one (1) year experience in vertical/horizontal construction.
- Proficient in standard office applications such as document, spreadsheets, and presentation applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to read and understand drawings and specifications.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
