Job Description

The Role
Perform a range of different back office tasks related to the fulfilment of sales orders. Includes voice and non-voice communication with vendors.

The Mission
Ensure that our customers receive their purchases as quickly and with as few problems as possible.

Role Specifics

  • Part of a critical specialist team responsible for monitoring and ensuring the fulfillment of sales orders
  • Using online tools and resources; you will investigate exceptions in the order supply chain, identifying and rectifying the cause of the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • You will constantly communicate with suppliers, freight carriers and other fulfillment partners around with world through telephone
  • You will liaise with an internal customer support team to ensure rapid resolution and turnaround for order-related customer queries
  • You will work on the front line of a complex and challenging business, identifying problem areas and improvements and filtering this information up to management
