- Providing excellent customer services that promote satisfaction
- Greeting customers and presenting menu
- Making recommendations or sharing additional information upon request.
- Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products
- Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
- Check products for quality and correct any problems that keep them from enjoying their meal/drink
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Cooperate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
Minimum Qualifications

The Farm Organics Beef is the first CERTIFIED Organic Beef in the Philippines, which are free-range, no antibiotics, no added hormones.
The Farm Organics cattle are raised organically are not allowed to be fed antibiotics, the bovine human growth hormone (rbGH), or other artificial drugs. The cattle are also not allowed to eat genetically modified foods and are fed 100 percent organic feed without ground up animal parts.
The Farm Organics' treatment of animals are more humane and ethical. Factory farms animals are kept in tightly confined pens and often never move more than a few feet their whole lives.
The Farm Organics cattle are free-range and able to graze. The cattle are not confined and spend time outdoors in the fresh air.
The Farm Organics farm is sustainable and naturally clean. Manure is used to naturally fertilize soil and is “pure,” coming from animals fed with organic diet. Industrial farms produce so much manure that it is a human health risk. The overspill of manure can contaminate wells with E. coli and other pathogens.
The Farm Organics cattle are not fed food containing pesticides. Synthetic pesticides and fertilizers are not used on organic cattle food or land. Residues of persistent chemicals such as DDT, PCBs, dioxin, and many pesticides concentrate in animal fat. Eating organic beef fat reduces your exposure to these chemicals.
