Job Description
- Produce and ideate key visuals for social media content and on-site assets, either in the form of photos, gifs or video content for key brands.
- Create cascades of key visuals for GDN, eCommerce, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant digital channels.
- Work closely with Digital Content Creator (Copy) to generate effective assets that achieve brand objectives.
- Assist the brand team in external agency photo and video shoots.
- Assist the Digital Marketing team in identifying key trends that may help expand brand equity, engagement or sales.
- Supervise junior Digital Content Creators (Visual) in daily tasks, which include: design creation, coordination with internal departments, cascading of creative materials to Havaianas, Aura Athletica, Common Thread and to all Sub-Distributors.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in a digital content production role with a heavy emphasis on visual content. Industry experience in retail, consumer goods, fashion, e-commerce, marketplaces, services, in either in-house or agency roles is highly valued.
- Highly adept in using basic content creation programs. Namely Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Illustrator.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across internal and external business partners
- Great grasp of nuances of design for online audiences.
