Sales Admin. Assistant  

Data Collection and Reports Creation

• Assists is periodic (daily, weekly, and/or monthly) collection of data pertaining achievement of sales, marketing, inventory, financial projections and plans, as well as relevant retail metrics
• Assists in preparing report and presentation templates for internal and sub-distributor use
• Assists in monitoring sub-distributors' contractual obligations covering order achievement, and marketing spend
• Assists in ensuring the company's fulfillment and delivery of sub-distributors' orders and re-orders
• Provides vital internal office support to service the needs of the team, particularly during times if increased work volume
• Provides support and ensures special projects are effectively monitored
• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into database

Others

• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned in relation to above-specified primary tasks

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Excellent Communication Skills, People Management, Good Organizational Skills, Retail Store Operations
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Knowledgeable in Google Suit (Gmail, Google Docs, etc) and Microsoft Office Softwares (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint)
