- Handle technical support concerns.
- Respond to queries regarding satellite services, TV, cable connectivity, cable products and services, etc.
- Provide excellent service to customers by using available tools and resources.
- At least 2 years in College.
- Preferably with Call Center Experience.
- Above average to Excellent Communication Skills in English and Tagalog.
- With basic knowledge of Webhosting.
- Willing to work in a BPO company, in Mandaluyong.
- Can start ASAP.
- Willing to work in Shifting Schedule (has day shifts & night shifts).
