Digital Marketing Specialist  

The position is responsible for the planning, design, optimization maintenance, measurement and reporting of TWOGIE’s website, ecommerce, social media, and demand generation programs to increase brand awareness and preference, generate qualified leads, improve customer service, increase ecommerce and offline sales, and deepend customer engagement.

Duties:

• Creates and distributes dynamic written, graphic, and video content on social media, online platforms and other digital channels to:
  • To achieve targeted business objectives, including the sign-up of new members and employers
  • To direct traffic to www.twogie.com website
  • To promote audience interaction, increase audience presence, and encourage audience participation on the company’s social media and online channels
• Manages company social media and online channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, as well as the company's regular EDMs
• Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
• Manages social media communications
• Writes articles and promotional materials for the company.
• Reviews and adjusts website copies on www.twogie.com as needed
• Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
• Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects and content

• Preferably a degree in marketing or business or any related course
• Strong and confident communicator
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Design skills including graphics and web design.
