- Do the hard-selling to clients, doing the canvassing to clients.
- Monitor and analyze the competitor and prices at Market.
- Build good working relationships with clients.
- Understand the needs of clients.
- Present the product and service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business.
- Has willingness to do the hard-selling & canvassing as sales to clients (prefer to work on fields).
- Must have driving license for motorcycle, have a motorcycle and able to ride it.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in connecting farms to people.
- Having experience Min. 2 years as sales/marketing in fresh products (Fruit, vegetables, chicken and fish) to HORECA or Traditional & Modern Market. have many links of clients from previous/current job will be preferable.
- Has willingness to learn new things.
- Willing to be placed at Jabodetabek.
- Willing to work on the weekend if needed.
