Job Description
Our global hub in Manila is growing, and we're building out our sales capabilities in all markets. We're looking for exceptional candidates who are a cut above their peers and ready to make deals happen!
You will:
- Become an expert in business technology solutions and help senior business decision makers solve problems.
- Provide warm leads to our prospects regarding our product's value, no cold calling.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with our clients.
- Identify the needs and complaints of our clients and suggest appropriate solutions to provide maximum satisfaction.
- Gain and provide a good technical understanding of different payroll, accounting, and POS software systems.
Note: This role requires you to work US hours
Minimum Qualifications
- Recent graduates are welcome
- Must have at least a bachelor's degree in communication and/or the like.
- Energetic and display high level of optimism
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to speak confidently and has knowledge of our products and services
- Active listening and problem sensitive
- Familiar with web-based tools navigation
- Able to manage and maintain relationships
- Openness to feedback
