Job Description
- Generates and prepares payment to suppliers.
- Reconciles with General Ledger Accounts Payable per Supplier.
- Records customer collection.
- Check subcontractors billing and ensure accuracy and correctness before payment is made.
- Prepares journal entries to adjust Sales Account when customers returned.
- Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
- At least Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Accounting.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employee specialized in Accounting.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
