Job Description
- Builds up business through gaining new customers and acquiring new accounts;
- Follows up new business opportunities and setting up meetings;
- Communicates new product developments / enhancements of existing products to clients;
- Plans and prepares product presentations;
- Gathers market and customer information;
- Networks with industry professionals and stakeholders;
- Establishes plans and strategies to expand customer and client base; and
- Develops and executes sales activities based on agreed target sales quota or sales booking;
- Determines a match between the benefits of the Business Solutions being offered and needs of the target client;
- Monitors and validates actual sales targets to determine appropriate courses of actions that are deemed necessary in order to meet the targets;
- Negotiates the terms of Sales Agreement and closing sales;
- Negotiates on price and costs delivery; delivery and specifications with buyers/ clients;
- Represents the company at trade exhibitions, events and product demonstrations; and
- Handles customer complaints and or endorses them to proper technical support group for resolution or action, does follow-ups;
- Formulates sales products policies, practices and procedures;
- Develops maintains and updates account database; and
- Monitors cost to help determine business indexes attributable to gap between budgeted and actual expenditures;
- Keeps representation costs within reasonable limits or approved budgets to help maximize profitability; and
- Liquidates cash advances made at least (three) 3 working days to help monitor expense incurred,
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree on Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
- With 2 – 3 years experience in selling HR or Accounting systems, software or point-of-sale systems
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
