Job Description
- Provide first class service to customers and partners over phone and focus on customer experience
- Receive calls, emails and letters with excellent quality service
- Reply emails and letter from client or partner with standard quality service
- Prepare potential client and partner data tracking from incoming calls received
- Perform welcome calls for existing clients and prepare welcome call data tracking in the system
- Mark communication from incoming calls, mails and outgoing calls, mails in system
- Perform outgoing calls to customers and other parties based on Calling list prepared by System or Manually
- Offers up-selling product to clients
- Respond to customers queries and log customer complaints, process related investigations, raise issues to Supervisor's attention
Minimum Qualifications
- Min High School Graduated
- Have an experience as a Underwriting or Desk Collection
- Able to communicate with English
- Able to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Handle client over phone
- Effective communication skills – written and verbal
