- Understands company’s capabilities and services in order to effectively do product and service offerings to all clients (existing, new and prospective)
- Responsible for all client communications/ correspondences
- Communicates and facilitates meeting with different departments in order to meet client expectations and serve the company’s interest
- Manages client orders from receipt up to delivery to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Good written and communication skills
- Experience in sales/ handling account is a plus
