Job Description
As the Chief Technology Officer, it is your responsibility to deliver an exemplary experience to our clients by implementing key business deployments. You will be expected to drive efficiencies throughout the entire company by overseeing and managing the company’s media website and provide a significant contribution to the software development of a digitally-driven media software product, in close collaboration with the global office in Singapore.
Specific Roles:
- Lead major projects with responsibility for maintaining and managing company website.
- Manage project team to execute operations projects effectively and efficiently.
- Manage resource assignment, work allocation and software and hardware requirements for operations projects.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with project team.
- As the company expands, you will be tasked to lead your team focused in managing, marketing and selling company’s media software service.
- Address questions and concerns of project team, management and clients in a professional and confident manner.
- Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Develop and implement project management procedures and methodologies to achieve business goals.
- Work with managers in all functions to improve quality management and measurement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Website Development/Computer Science or in related field.
- With at least five years experience in spearheading website development projects.
- Has extensive knowledge and experience in website development specifically with background in PHP, PYTHON, JAVA, C, RUBY, JAVASCRIPT, C#, OBJECTIVE-C, SQL, and Wordpress development.
- Must have experience in database building and management.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and an ability to communicate across all levels of business (both internally and externally).
- Extremely client focused with a proven record of success delivering multiple web development projects under the pressure of tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Experience in the cultivation and maintenance of strong working relationships and collaboration across multiple business and technical teams.
- Broad understanding of business requirements and ability to document and develop processes to support growth while maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit.
