Job Description
- Membangun citra/persepsi positif perusahaan kepada seluruh pemangku kepentingan melalui rangkaian aktivitas komunikasi terpadu
- Membangun fungsi komunikasi dan membuat rencana strategi komunikasi, termasuk memastikan implementasi, monitor dan evaluasi
- Membangun dan mengelola sosial media perusahaan sesuai dengan tujuan dan target yang ditentukan:
- mengembangkan content plan dalam media sosial yang sesuai dan konsisten dengan identitas brand
- mempersiapkan laporan analitis perkembangan media sosial perusahaan
- memberikan rekomendasi dan saran untuk strategi social media marketing
- memberikan arahan kepada tim/vendor desain atas visual konten yang sudah direncanakan
- Mengelola website perusahaan: Memastikan content up to date, valuable dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku
- Memastikan compliance & reporting komunikasi perseroan kepada regulator dan shareholders
- Membangun dan memastikan kegiatan Corporate Communication dalam campaign event terlaksana sesuai dengan rencana dan tujuan (graphic design development, product launching, promotion, corporate strategy event, dsb)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management/Engineering
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Flexible and proactive personality
- Persistence in facing challenges
- Well organized person
- Have good knowledge in global/macro-economy
- Have good understanding in business / business strategic / system improvement
- Great at operating Mincrosoft Office (especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point)
- Interested or good at visual communication
