Job Description
The successful candidate shall assist and shall be trained in the different human resources facets such as recruitment, HR compliance, benefits programs, government registrations and enrollments (SSS, Philhealth, Philhealth, TIN), health and well-being programs, and HR spearheaded events. Upon regularization, the successful candidate may specialize in one or two of the many facets of HR depending on the availability or the competencies of the applicant.
Minimum Qualifications
- Applicants should be a graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, or BSBA HRDM
- This post is open for fresh graduate applicants
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can start immediately upon hiring
- Willing to be assigned at McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
- Regular working schedule is from Monday to Friday.
