Job Description
- Optimizes sales and traffic.
- Improves online customer experience.
- Manages a team of Online Personal Shoppers.
- Leads creative initatives in digital advertising.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, graphic design or other media-related field is a must.
- Loves fashion (read: great sense of fashion) and already a fan of Straightforward or Shorts Market.
- Basic programming skills is a must.
- In-depth knowledge in SEO, Google Adwords, and Facebook Ads is a must.
- Strong capacity in drawing action points from data and extremely organized.
- Excellent work ethic, growth-oriented, and works well in groups.
- Knowledge in various programming languages and in operating a 3-light studio are huge advantages.
- Superior knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other key photo-enhancing tools is a huge plus.
- Already a fan of Straightforward or Shorts Market.
