- Lead all agreed safety programs and ensure objective of each program are met through agreed metrics
- Elevate safety awareness among employees and manage the SHE Committee
- Conduct a monthly safety audit and prepare recommendations to correct findings
- Ensure that StraightArrow and its affiliate-companies are compliant with the law mandates
- Be present in the office once/week for 8 hours or 2x a week for 4 hours, day or mid shift
- Preferably nearby resident
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years related work experience, preferably in a BPO company
- BOSH certificates
- Good communication and project management skills
- Must have track record of accomplishing SHE programs on his own
