Faculty Member | Freelance  

We are launching a revolutionary product that aims to equip Filipinos with the skills and knowledge needed to become successful freelancers thru a unique blue-ocean strategy.

We want to uplift the country’s employment, empowering Filipinos to make the transition into the global Gig Economy.

We are looking for experienced freelancers to join our team and become one of our faculty members.

As a faculty member, you are expected to:

• Participate in the Design and Production of relevant online course material for freelancers
• Provide thought leadership and valuable insight in the related field of expertise
• Provide mentoring and coaching for new and upcoming freelancers. Giving them guidance as they enter the freelance market and helping to set them up for success.
• Act as one of the moderators for the various social media pages and community groups of the company
• Participate in any company activities and events such as meet-ups, conferences, and workshops just to name a few

• At least 3-5 years experience as a freelancer and using freelancing sites such as: Upwork, Fiverr, or Toptal to name a few. A majority of those years using these freelancing sites is a plus.
• Must have relevant freelancing experience in one of the following areas:
  • Virtual Assistance
  • Social Media Management
  • Graphics Design
  • Web Design
  • UX and UI Design
• Highy rated on any freelancing platforms (i.e. Upwork, Fiverr) is a must. For example, Top Rated on Upwork or an 80% and above job success rate.
• Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus but not required.
• Passionate about mentoring and teaching others to improve
• Must be willing to share skills and expertise and contribute to the success of the company
• Hardworking, Responsible, Person of Integrity, Pleasing Personality, Team Player, Highly Flexible and Agile
• Related certifications and awards is a plus.
