Job Description

  • Implements and monitors all advertising placements of each SSI brand, Central Square and Institutional projects: all traditional and non-traditional advertising. Constant coordination with merchandising regarding deadlines for confirmations, revisions and material submission; supervision of the graphic artist in producing / re-sizing / composing of all layouts.
  • Manages and ensures collaborative relationship with the advertising and media placement agencies. Maintains synergistic associations with top media publications to ensure maximum exposure and cost efficiency in media spend for institutional and brand-specific campaigns.
  • Directly spearheads the implementation of promotional tie-ups and sponsorships covering credit cards, banks, corporate partners and external associations for the company’s and the brands’ various promotions and selling initiatives.
  • Ensures facilitation of DTI permits and applications. Responsible for processing of all DTI promotions of the brands, which includes the direct supervision of the DTI facilitation clerk and contracted agencies.
  • Handles inquiries and processing of all Purple Card institutional sales
  • Ensures efficient processing of all advertising material via the utilization of the in-house graphic artist in re-sizing and composition of layouts. Coordinates the production of Brands/Institutional newsletters, brochures, mailers, posters and any other similar collaterals.
  • Acts as the primary point-of-contact for all marketing and advertising requirements of special institutional projects, facilitating these projects from development to completion. All project requirements are fulfilled within the expected parameters, ensuring the success and effectivity of the campaigns.
  • Leads the overall marketing strategy, development and execution for the special institutional projects - from concept development to implementation of strategic marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring effective marketing programs for these projects.
  • Builds and strengthens strategic synergies with key external partners, enabling effective collaborative programs that will benefit these special institutional projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • With at least five to ten years relevant experience in the field of project management, advertising, account management, sales and strategy development
  • Very organized, with a sufficient degree of maturity and work experience that will enable her to supervise a team of three: one (1) Advertising and Promotions Officer, one (1) Advertising staff and one (1) Graphic Artist
  • Perceptive attention to detail with a strategic mindset
  • Has valuable experience in disruptive thinking
  • Highly customer-centric in his/her outlook, very driven and results-oriented
  • High degree of proficiency in both oral and written English, strong communicator
  • College graduate frmom a reputable university
