Job Description
- Conducts review of assigned organizational and functional activities in the Company to determine the nature of operations and existing systems
- Performs audit procedures to determine adequacy of internal controls, adherence to policies, procedures and proper accounting of company assets
- Documents the results of audit procedures in working papers and ensures its accuracy
- Conducts preliminary discussion of findings with concerned employee
- Prepares draft of formal audit report and recommends solutions to address/ correct noted exceptions and/or improve internal controls
- Determines and evaluates the adequacy of management actions on audit reports and validates replies to audit findings
- Informs Internal Audit Officer / Manager of status of audit observations, discusses matters involving internal controls or any other information of audit significance
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Not over 28 years old
- Graduate of BS Management Accounting, BS Accountancy or BS in Internal Auditing (CPA, CIA or has taken the board exam is an advantage)
- Above average oral and written communication skills and analytical skills
- Can relate with different levels in the organization
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- With at least 6months to 1 year internal audit experience
- Fresh graduates with outstanding scholastic records may be considered
