Job Description
- Assist in procurement, sourcing of vendors, pricing, and promotions.
- Achieve Sales and Gross Margin targets set by management.
- Ensure cost efficiency of selling products and raw materials to incease profitability.
- Ensure accuracy of product costing, system set up, price, and cost changes.
- Execute product launches to the stores.
- Consistently implement sustaining activities.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and stocks based on budget.
- Manage wastage based on efficient assortment and equipment plan.
- Conduct market study and analysis of business and competitors.
- Provide insights in growing and managing the category through quantitative measures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in a food service industry.
- Proficient in JDA systems
- Excellent communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial.
- Has grit and a winning attitude.
- Strong work ethic and integrity.
- Adept in food/product costing.
