- Provide legal assistance to the Company
- Provides administrative support and assists Human Resources Departments on administrative cases
- Assists and defends the Company from prosecution of government agencies
- Acts as Legal Counsel for the Company in the filing of civil and/or criminal cases against its offenders and defends the Company on cases filed against it
Minimum Qualifications

Admitted to the Philippine Bar with at least fifteen (15) years of experience in a reputable law firm and/or in a corporate legal department

Have a good understanding of a broad range of Philippine laws, rules, and regulations, especially Labor, Commercial and Civil Law

Significant corporate and commercial experience with extensive exposure to contract drafting, negotiation, documentation, and implementation of business transactions

Updated Mandatory Continuing Legal Experience (MCLE) Compliance

Well-experienced litigator

Have exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

Have excellent communication and writing skills (pleadings)

Easily adapts to difficult situations and works well within a team

Computer proficient
