Job Description
- Assess the As-Is process flow in Operations to identify the area of improvement.
- Develop valuable, practical solutions for issues and gaps in Operations team and lead the implementation
- Coordinate with related parties to create resolution plans for issues as part of customer retention
- Develop proper documentations for critical processes in Operations
- Perform statistical analysis and evaluate data to ensure high performance
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from any relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar background / role
- Extensive knowledge in Excel is a must
- Passion for analytics and data, willing to work with large data-sets
- Critical to push and derive actionable insights
- Structured and innovative problem solving
- Self motivated individuals with passion in continuous development
