  • Prior IT service desk experience preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Job Description
  • Assess, monitor and report on service quality with respect to a variety of sources
  • Audit service desk contacts (phone, email, instant message) against a catalog of procedural and customary requirements
  • Interpret and report on end-user survey results
  • Analyze aggregate quality data to identify trends and recommend improvement opportunities
  • Support change management and the implementation of new services or service offerings
  • Coach Service Center Agents on customer service and proper incident handling procedures
  • Present to peer, management and customer audiences
