Job Description
- Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and budget estimates.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure the successful execution of projects. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes. Proactively monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and take corrective actions as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and issues. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of technical concepts, tools, and methodologies relevant to the project. Provide guidance and support to the project team on technical matters, ensuring the successful implementation of project requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards and metrics for project deliverables. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from quality standards.
- Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget effectively. Evaluate change requests, assess their impact on project objectives, and make recommendations for approval or rejection.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records. Ensure documentation is accessible to project team members and stakeholders as needed.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the project team, motivating them to achieve project goals and objectives. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices adoption within the project management framework. Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance project delivery effectiveness and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2years experience with TPM role or any related role.
- Proven experience as a technical project manager or similar role, managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong technical background with expertise in software development, IT infrastructure, or related areas.
- Project management certification (e.g. pmp, prince2) is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
