Job Description
- Recruitment of reliever and regular-contractual positions for clients and different branches across Visayas
- Perform admin functions such as preparing business permits, mailing of DTRs and needed documents to staff and coordinating with the Makati Head Office regarding concerns and needs of the satellite office in Cebu
- Perform employee management and relations functions such as answering to staff concerns, collection of timesheets and processing of clearance, COE and loan requests
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to work without supervision
- Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or Social Sciences
- With the values of reliability, initiiative, honesty and trustworthiness
- Must be living close to Cebu Business Park, Cebu City
- Position is full time and probationary
- Must be willing to accept a PHP13,500 salary offer
