Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1- 2 years work related experience
  • Mature, self-motivated, with good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently. Willing to work longer hours if required to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • Must be good at negotiating and networking, highly organized and has the ability to analyze data; ability to solve both service level and productivity concerns with the challenges of minute-to-minute changes
  • Advance knowledge on MS Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Has high regards for ethical behaviour in the procurement process.
  • Flexible, adaptable, open-minded and willing to work in and be exposed to other areas of the supply chain when the opportunity arises.
  • Willing to work in Makati
  • Applicants with NBI and Medical will be prioritized
Job Description
  • Receives supplies requisition of all departments:
  • Regular office supplies – any form of supplies and materials regularly used by each unit;
    • Non-regular office supplies - any printed materials/ supplies such as brochures, application forms, stationeries, etc. this also refers to item which are not regularly required by the unit;
    • Job order – refers to company/branch renovation;
    • CAPEX – refers to any office hardware requests.
  • Receive deliveries of the items and distributes to requesting unit.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders and Job Orders and route documents for approval.
  • Prepare Cost allocations and Request for payments.
  • Sourcing out quotations from different vendors basing on the detailed requirements of the requesting unit.
  • Preparation of cost comparison/ comparative study that is subject to the approval.
  • Send monthly email notice informing all concerned unit about the inclusive dates for the office supplies requisition.
  • Preparation of reports summarizing all the Purchase Orders that has been made
