Sr. Production Supervisor  

Realization of production process

• Organizes resources:workforce, material, equipment.
• Ensures product quality during process.
• Supervises operators and team leaders.
• Supervises production batches
• Prepares for shipment.
• Manages and takes care of production materials.
• Reports non conformities to Quality engineer or supervisor.
• Maintains production knowledge and production skills.

Managing employees

• Plans, organizes, and controlsthe operator’s work.
• Conducts training and briefing on the production line
• Ensures safety and hygiene in the production line.
• Ensures regulations are strictly followed.
• Coordinates with departments supporting production (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Logistics, Human Resources).
• Conducts periodical appraisal.

Others

• Complies with SBS (Sonion Business System) which consists of and not limited to all policies, regulations, and requirements of QMS–ISO 9001, EMS-ISO 14001, employee handbook, code of conducts, work rules, SHE, IT, Confidentiality, etc

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees
• 7 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Basic understanding of ISO systems
• Knowledge in: Supervision of production batches, Shipment preparation, managing and care of production materials, reporting non conformities to Quality engineer or supervisor and maintaining production knowledge and production skills.

Leadership Skills:

• Planning, organizing and controlling of the operator’s work.
• Conducting training and briefing on the production line
• Ensuring safety and hygiene in the production line.
• Ensure regulations are strictly followed.
• Motivated to work in production environment
• Basic understanding of ISO systems: Quality& Environment
• Must be willing to work in FPIP, Tanauan City, Batangas.
