Job Description
- Develop/implement a plan of action to maximize revenue generation potential.
- Initiate customer contacts and follow-up on sales leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Make formal sales presentations and arrange product demonstrations at the customer site; coordinate the involvement of appropriate business partners (e.g. System Integrators, Vendors, Supplier).
- Achieve annual sales quota, assess business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Manage assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction and customer support.
- Maintain professional relations with clients during sales cycle and ensure responsive customer service after sale, investigate and respond to customer’s technical product questions or needs.
- Keep abreast of new products, technological/industry advances and market/territory advances.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables from clients.
